Directions:

From the West, heading East
Take the NJ Turnpike to Exit 7A. Take Rt 195 East (toward Six Flags, Shore Points). Take Exit 16B toward Freehold. Turn right onto Iron Bridge Rd. Go to 535 Iron Bridge Road

From the North, heading South (via NJ Turnpike)
Take the NJ Turnpike South to Exit 11. Then get on Rt. 9 South and take it down to CR-537/West Main St. (just past the Rt. 33 circle and the Freehold Mall on your right). Take the CR-537/W. Main St. exit and turn right onto West Main St. (1.7 mi). Turn left onto Iron Bridge Rd. (0.1 mi).

From the North, heading South (via Garden State Parkway)
Take the Garden State Parkway South to Exit 123 (Sayreville). Then get on Rt. 9 South and take it down to CR-537/West Main St. (just past the Rt. 33 circle and the Freehold Mall on your right). Take the CR-537/W. Main St. exit and turn right onto West Main St. (1.7 mi). Turn left onto Iron Bridge Rd. (0.1 mi).

From the South, heading North (via NJ Turnpike)
Take the NJ Turnpike to Exit 7A. Take Rt 195 East (toward Six Flags, Shore Points). Take Exit 16B toward Freehold. Turn right onto Iron Bridge Rd. Go to 535 Iron Bridge Road

From the South, heading North (via Garden State Parkway)
Take the Garden State Parkway North to RT-138 E exit, Exit 98, toward RT-34/ Belmar/ I-195 W/ Trenton. Take the exit on the left toward RT-34/ I-195. Merge onto NJ-138 W toward RT-34/ Pt. Pleasant/ I-195/ Trenton. Merge onto NJ-34 N via Exit 35B toward MATAWAN. Enter next roundabout and take 2nd exit onto NJ-33 W. Stay on 33 Bypass (stay LEFT) when Rt 33 splits just past The Cabin. Take the CR-537 W ramp toward Smithburg. Turn Slight Right onto CR-537/ W Main St. Turn left onto Iron Bridge Rd. Iron Bridge Rd. is on the right.

IMPORTANT NOTE: On Rt. 537 you will see Centrastate Medical Center. We're pretty much right across the street, at the Iron Bridge Rd. intersection. Once you're in our parking lot, park in the middle of the lot. Central Jersey Hand Surgery is located in a brown building on the right. Take the sidewalk between the gray and brown buildings.
